Jonas Lepper was born in Arnstadt in 1998. Already in kindergarten, he tried his hand at various sports clubs, including karate, soccer, and chess. After his enrollment in school in 2005, he started to learn Inline Speed Skating. This full-body sports triggers in him his hunger for high speed over long distances. In Speed Skating, Jonas is both an individual athlete, where self-discipline and willpower matter, and a team athlete, where empathy and social skills are required. Both in the individual disciplines (primarily marathon and double marathon) as well as in various team and relay competitions, Jonas Lepper with the Thuringian Speed Skate Club TSSC e.V. has been a regular winner at German Championships since 2015. Since 2017, Jonas has been running in the top 5 at European Cups as a national squad athlete and competing at European and World Championships.
Jonas Lepper is completing a three-year dual bachelor's degree program at the international logistics group DACHSER SE and the University of Cooperative Education Glauchau. Since the halfway point of his studies, he has been employed at the DACHSER logistics center in Erfurt as a process manager.
He still lacked a few credit points in economics for admission to Jonas' desired master's program. To make up for this missing qualification, he studied economics and business mathematics for one semester at the University of Erfurt. During this time, he also completed IHK apprenticeship by §34d GewO.
Jonas meets Dr. Gabriel Gatzsche at the concert of the band "Out of Egypt" at the Martinroda church fair in October 2020. Rarely do two people, who until then had been such strangers to each other, get along so well during their first conversation as Jonas and Gabriel do. Gabriel taught Jonas, who was inexperienced in the field of music, how to play music with Audanika within a month. After some joint contributions to church services and at a devotion at the Federal Garden Show in Erfurt, Jonas and Gabriel decided to work together on the Audanika vision starting in July 2021. Jonas has postponed his plans for his master's degree indefinitely.
